A day on the greens for a good cause — formerly the Annual Saint Elias Golf Tournament, now in its 3rd year as the Invitational Scramble. 15th Annual Mediterranean Festival

📍 7580 Pierce St & St. Elias Park, Arvada 🎯 Two days · open to all ages and backgrounds

Our flagship celebration — two days of Mediterranean music, food, and fellowship for the whole community. Savor authentic Arabic music and Mediterranean cuisine, Turkish coffee, flavored hookah, henna art, and a fashion show, with contributions from the many cultures of the Mediterranean. Start by meeting Fr. George Shawareb, who shares the history and traditions of the Orthodox Church, then head to St. Elias Park for the fun.

Something for every age

Friendly basketball, volleyball, and ping-pong, a watermelon-eating contest, bounce castles, and water play from a fire truck for the kids. Mediterranean food, Turkish coffee, and treats are available on-site — every purchase supports the parish.

New Year Party

Ring in the New Year with the whole parish family — an evening of food, music, and fellowship to welcome 2027 together, with reserved tables for your group.

Why We Gather

More than a fundraiser

These events are woven into the life of Saint Elias. The dollars they raise are real and needed — they help fund our Sunday School and youth programs, our choir and outreach, and the everyday upkeep of the building where we pray. But they are more than a line in the budget. Around a festival table, on the golf course, and at the New Year banquet, lifelong friendships are made, newcomers become family, and the doors of the parish swing wide open to all of Arvada. When you buy a ticket or sponsor a hole, you are not just giving — you are joining us.
